Hillcrest Christian College, established in 1981, operates from Early Learning to VCE levels.     CREST Education inviting interested candidates to apply for the role of Learning Diversity Teacher, commencing 2025 with the possibility of early T4-2024 start.

    The successful candidate will have;

    • desire to teach in an environment where both Christian values and the development of the whole child are valued
    • Current VIT registration with a passion for teaching a diverse range of learners
    • current curriculum knowledge and pedagogical practice to meet the diverse needs of all students, including those requiring additional support, putting into practice support strategies and applying the principles of inclusion and diversity
    • demonstrated understanding of the need to address the academic, social and emotional needs of students
    • able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills
