Hillcrest Christian College, established in 1981, operates from Early Learning to VCE levels. Rivercrest Christian College, which opened in 2014, has Early Learning to Year 6 students. The Ayr Hill Equestrian Centre caters for students from Year 5 upwards at Hillcrest and Rivercrest. We invite applications from a suitably experienced Stable Manager to work as part of the Equestrian team, reporting to the Equestrian Centre Manager. The successful candidate will have the ability to undertake all aspects of managing the herd of College-owned horses. There is an option to also work as part of the educational team, training students who are participating in a range of programs – elective school subjects, after-school and holiday lessons, as well as extra-curricular competitions and events. Your strengths include the ability to multitask, communicate effectively and create strong professional relationships with the academic, administrative and property services staff. You will be flexible and prepared to work outside standard business hours when necessary. For further details please refer to the position description.
