About Us

Crest Education comprises two independent, coeducational schools with over 2,000 students, an Equestrian Centre and an Environmental Reserve at Clyde North, in Melbourne’s south-east growth corridor.

Hillcrest Christian College, established in 1981, operates from Early Learning to VCE levels.

Rivercrest Christian College, which opened in 2014, has students from Early Learning to Year 9 in 2022. It is an authorised International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme (PYP) World School and is a Middle Years Programme (MYP) candidate school.

Ayr Hill Equestrian Centre caters for students from Year 5 and up at Hillcrest and Rivercrest.

Crest’s Corporate Services division provides support to Hillcrest, Rivercrest and Ayr Hill Equestrian Centre.

Application Process

Due to a high level of interest, it is only possible to consider complete applications.

A complete application is one which includes:

  • Covering letter
  • CV or Resume
  • All compulsory fields of the Apply Now form filled in

 

Teachers are required to be registered with the Victorian Institute of Teaching.

All other staff are required to hold a current Victorian Working With Children Check.

Selection Panels specific to each position assess applications and shortlist applicants for interview. Selection is based on the key selection criteria for each position.

After an offer has been accepted by the successful applicant, all remaining applicants are advised of the outcome.
